GIVE
What we have, we count as pure grace from God. We recognize that as the church, we must consistently remind one another of the following truth: that everything we have is a gift from the Lord. Scripture says that we “know the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ” (2 Cor. 8:9) and this refers not only to an informed mind but an inflamed heart. It is an experiential understanding of who Jesus is and what He has done for us on the cross.
…though Jesus was rich, yet for our sake he became poor, so that you by his poverty might become rich.2 Corinthians 8:9

Pray
1 Peter 4:10 reminds us that “as each has received a gift, use it to serve one another, as good stewards of God’s varied grace…”
At Christ the King Church, we encourage the body to pray about their individual giftings, and how they can be used in ways to serve the church.
Whether it be in children’s ministry, hospitality, worship team, or other areas, we invite you to reach out about the different areas you feel you could serve.
Follow the link below to learn more about each team! Please reach out to a CTK pastor with any questions.
Tithe
Jesus’ death on the cross represents the most generous gift ever given to us – when the King of Glory gave up everything in order to reconcile us to God. Giving cheerfully, sacrificially, and consistently is a part of our worship. When we are generous with others, we are reminding one another of the greater generosity of our good God.
