PRAYER

At Christ the King church, we believe that prayer is the best and first work we should render to God. Prayer is pouring out our hearts to Him in praise, petition, confession of sin, and thanksgiving. We want such communication with, and reliance upon God to be the lifeblood of our church. 

Our primary venue for gathered prayer is a Tuesday and Thursday conference call from 7:30 to 8:00 am. During this call we bring to God the church’s specific prayer requests, and also remain open to the Spirit leading us to pray in response to Scripture readings or the unique needs of the week. To join the virtual prayer meeting, dial (804) 401-1460 followed by the access code “2493370”.

Additionally, our weekly in-person prayer meeting takes place Sunday evenings from 7:00 – 8:00 pm at the church. We hope to see you there!
